ONE STEP FURTHER Junior Life Skills is a 20-hour One Step Further program designed to provide youth who have had difficulties at school and in the community with the resources to make healthier choices in their everyday lives. Classes are taught by trained facilitators using the Botvin Life Skills Training Curriculum, an evidence-based program. Glenwood Recreation Center Ages 9-17 | Mondays & Wednesdays | 6-7 pm 336-373-2929 PIZZA AND PAINT Come be artistic and possibly learn something new or showcase a skill. All canvases will be pre-drawn for the participants to save time. This program is to promote creative thinking, enhance problem solving skills, improve motor skills, and boost the self confidence of the program participants. Warnersville Recreation Center Ages 10+ | Fridays | 6:30-7:30 pm SATURDAY MORNING ART Come show your creative side while listening to music. Beginners and skilled artists alike are welcome to join.
