Creative Greensboro Annual Report 2025-26

A Home For Creative People

The Greensboro Cultural Center is more than a building, it’s creative infrastructure and home to 17 creative nonprofits, the GROW and HYERS residencies, and low cost studio rental opportunities for individual creatives. Through deeply subsidized tenant partnerships and affordable studio space, Creative Greensboro provides artists and cultural organizations with the space and resources to create, operate, collaborate, and serve the public — turning City-owned space into an investment in Greensboro’s creative sector. Greensboro Cultural Center tenants generated more than $6.1 million in reported economic activity in the 2025-2026 fiscal year, supported hundreds of workers and paid creatives, and engaged more than 637,000 patrons.
