Fee charged for water and sewer utility extensions outside of city limits to partially recover costs to extend the service and based on foot frontage of the property. Fees collected for all new Water & Sewer connections to be used to replenish capacity at Water & Sewer treatment plants. Revenue from sale of tickets for septic tank companies to unload tankers at Wastewater Treatment Plant. Fees collected for all new sewer connections to be used to replenish capacity at Water and Sewer Plant. Charges associated with penalties assessed to sewer use. Fees collected from developers in association with new development that require connections to the water utility system. Fees collected from developers in association with new development that require connections to the sewer utility system.
