Positions

• Position Request Forms do not need to be completed at this point in the process. However, be sure to account for the position salary, as well as any position-related Maintenance and Operations costs (desktop services, cellular phones, office equipment, vehicles), in the Questica Service Enhancement module. If a request is approved in the Manager’s Recommended budget, departments will be sent Position Request form instructions via e-mail. Departments do not need to “publish” Service Enhancements. They will be published at a later date by Budget & Evaluation. Budget & Evaluation will review the Service Enhancement requests, then submit recommendations to the City Manager’s Office for consideration. The City Manager’s Office will notify Budget & Evaluation of the Service Enhancements to be included in the Manager’s Recommended budget and shared with departments.
