Financial assistance for low- and moderate-income homebuyers. Is your household income below 120 percent AMI (annual income of $87,600 or less for a household of four)? Are you: ~ A first-time homebuyer or one who hasn’t owned a home within the last three years?

Additional Requirements

 Eligibility Requirement - Greensboro residency not required.  Employment Requirement - You must be an employee of the City of Greensboro, Guilford County, or Guilford County public school system, or active duty military or military veteran.  Assistance Amount - Up to $15,000, with a $10,000 bonus if home purchased is located in one of these reinvestment or redevelopment areas: Dudley Heights Eastside Park Glenwood Kings Forest Mill District Ole Asheboro Random Woods Willow Oaks
