A. Governmental Activities Governmental activities increased the City’s net position by approximately $102.1 thousand before restatement, compared to an approximate $9.2 million increase last year. Contributing to the increase was increases in property tax revenue, local option sales tax, and other state-shared revenues. The Internal Service Funds are combined with governmental activities at the entity-wide level.
