Smith Active Adult Center

AQUATICS The existing indoor pool is in good condition and no changes are recommended.

ARCHITECTURE/FACILITIES Only minimal facility repairs are proposed at Smith Indoor Pool.

SITE It is proposed to create more of an entry plaza along Fairview Street and a small walking loop with fitness stations in the field area behind the building as well as designated areas for cutting garden, community garden, and bocce and horseshoes. PHASING The work at Smith Active Adult Center can be done in any phase at any time. › Some of the items should be addressed sooner while others can be addressed at a later date. Not all items need to be addressed within a single phase - Mid-term
