Finding: 2023-001 Name of contact person: Chris Marriott, Interim Director Corrective Action: The City of Greensboro’s Information Technology department will

implement process controls in the Enterprise Asset Management System in time for the 2 nd quarter review. The controls will limit access to work order alteration after work orders have been completed and closed. This control system will eliminate the alteration of work orders unless expressly requested by a management-level staff member. Management will periodically access the effectiveness of this plan.
