A. Governmental Activities Governmental activities increased the City’s net position by approximately $28.9 million, up from an approximate $17.0 million increase last year. Contributing to the increase was increases in property tax revenue, sales tax revenue and increases in federal grant revenue from the Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES). The Internal Service Funds are combined with governmental activities at the entity-wide level.
